Mara (Co founder)

Mara’s journey did not start behind a bar. It began in a courtroom as a lawyer where attention to detail and precision were everything. But her true passion for connection and creating memorable experiences led her to pivot and dive into the world of luxury service with Carolina Herrera. There she mastered the art of personalized hospitality understanding that every moment matters and every guest deserves to feel special.

When Mara moved to the US she embraced the vibrant hospitality industry blending her refined background with Miami’s energy and soul. Today she brings all of that — her sharp mind, elegant touch and genuine warmth — to Wells Bargo. More than crafting cocktails Mara creates experiences that bring people closer turning ordinary events into unforgettable stories.

Ozzie (Co-Founder)

With over 20 years of cocktail industry experience, Ozzie is the heart and soul behind the bar at Wells Bargo. His contagious energy and genuine passion shine through every drink he crafts, creating moments that make each guest feel truly unique and valued. Known for his impeccable attention to detail and warm service, Ozzie doesn’t just mix cocktails, he builds connections. He’s also a mentor who’s helped shape new talents, bringing out the best in every team member. When Ozzie is behind the bar, everyone notices and every event becomes an unforgettable experience.
